What PillarProof Home processes
When you create an account or a review, PillarProof Home may process your account identity, contractor or business information, project details, payment status and the contract, proposal or estimate information you choose to provide.
Uploaded document images
Document images are used to extract visible text for your review. Temporary image files are deleted after that extraction step. The extracted text may be retained with your case so the review can be reproduced and shown back to you until the case is deleted.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. PillarProof receives and stores the transaction identifiers and payment status needed to verify that a review was paid. PillarProof does not need your full card number to run the review.
Governed Kernel bridge
For product integrity and controlled workflows, PillarProof Home may send a limited candidate packet toward the protected PillarProof Kernel/Core boundary. That packet can include the case identifier, contractor or business name, project type, coarse project location, estimate and deposit information, submitted license or insurance states, contract and permit states, selected homeowner-reported flags and a cryptographic digest of contract text when available. Raw contract text is not transferred through this bridge. Homeowner-submitted information remains an attestation unless and until it is independently verified and promoted through the governed evidence process.
External verification boundary
The current early-access Home review does not independently verify contractor licensing databases, disciplinary records, insurance coverage or permit records unless the product explicitly tells you that a specific source was checked and bound as verified evidence. Those unknowns remain identified in the report.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the review, secure and operate the product, confirm payment, preserve an audit trail, improve reliability and support controlled product development.
Deletion
Home case records can be deleted through authorized signed-in product controls as those controls are exposed in the interface. Deletion removes the Home case and associated Home report from the Home product store. Some separate records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, payment accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution or audit integrity. For broader privacy requests, use the PillarProof company site to contact the business and identify the Home account involved; do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents in a privacy request.
