Decision support only
PillarProof Home is a pre-hire decision-support product. It is not contractor approval, legal advice, engineering advice, insurance advice or a substitute for official verification by a licensing authority, insurer, permitting authority or qualified professional.
Your information
The review is based primarily on information and documents you provide. PillarProof keeps homeowner-submitted information separate from independently verified facts. Incomplete, inaccurate or outdated inputs can affect the usefulness of the review.
What the Home review provides
The current paid Home review can organize what stands out in the information you provided, explain why those items may matter, identify important unknowns, suggest questions to ask, and provide practical next steps. Those outputs are bounded decision support. They are not findings of fraud, illegality, professional misconduct, contractor approval or rejection, or a governed PillarProof risk conclusion.
External verification boundary
The current early-access Home review does not independently verify contractor licensing databases, insurance coverage, permit records or disciplinary history unless the product explicitly tells you that a specific external source was checked and bound as verified evidence.
Payment
The current early-access price is $19 for one Home review when checkout is offered. Payment is processed through Stripe. A review remains locked until PillarProof verifies a completed payment for that case.
Documents
Only upload documents you are authorized to use for the review. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information. Image transcription can be imperfect, so review the extracted wording and final report rather than assuming every character was captured correctly.
Acceptable use
Do not use PillarProof to harass people, publish unsupported accusations, bypass access controls, abuse rate limits or attempt to obtain another user’s information.
Availability and changes
PillarProof Home is an early-access product. Features, data sources, pricing and workflows may change as the product is validated. Material changes will be reflected in the product or these terms.
